I met Celia when I was a student at Duquesne University. She entered DU as a Pharmacy student. She switched majors and graduated with a degree in business. She loved what INROADS offered. Celia later excelled in teaching and education administration. She was the Principal of a public school in the Homewood section of Pittsburgh. Celia was an intelligent, beautiful, warm, caring woman who loved people.
She is missed greatly by her daughters , parents and friends and me.
